Crispy Parmesan Potatoes are roasted potatoes on another level. These are crusted with parmesan and spices. Makes a great side dish or appetizer when served with included garlic dipping sauce.

- 1 1/2 Pounds Mini Yukon Gold Potatoes Halved
- 6 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Thyme
- 6 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Garlic Dipping Sauce Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Half and Half or Milk
Parmesan Potatoes Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place butter in baking dish and place in preheated oven until butter is melted.
Remove baking pan from oven and reserve 1 tablespoon of melted butter for brushing tops of potatoes.
Mix all spices and Parmesan cheese with melted, butter, spices until well combined.
Spread fairly evenly on bottom of baking pan.
Place potatoes, cut down on top of mixture.
Roast potatoes in oven 35 to 45 minutes until crispy.
remove from oven. Let’s sit a few minutes and remove potatoes from pan with spatula.
Garlic Dipping Sauce Directions
Place mayonnaise and spices in a bowl and mix well.
Add half and half or milk. Mix well.
Salt and pepper to taste.
