- 2 Pounds Turkey Legs About 2 Pieces
- 1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Thyme
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
Coat the turkey legs with the avocado oil liberally.
Mix together the rest of the dry ingredients to make a rub.
